Ratti Boutique, founded in 1945, is one of
the most prestigious fashion retailers in Italy.

Today it is led by the entrepreneurs Silvana Ratti and her daughter Matilde, who as per tradition continue to respect the essence of contemporary elegance handed down by the founders Pietro and Licia Ratti.

The passion and vision, in a short time led the boutique to forge valuable collaborations with the most prestigious Maisons, including Hermès, Chanel and Dior, with dedicated corners inside the boutique.

The philosophy of absolute attention to the customer and the passion for research and product selection distinguish a unique and engaging shopping experience, in which the big luxury brands alternate with emerging designers and the most innovative names of the moment.

The Second World War has just ended. Pietro Ratti, from Milan, stops in Pesaro in convalescence on his return from the Russian Campaign and meets Licia, daughter of an expert tailor. They marry and in a context of great spirit of recovery they start a new project that will forever mark their professional life: they open their first Atelier Ratti, in Pesaro, with just one shop


Pietro and Licia spread a new idea of style in the territory: a sartorial elegance that nods to the concept of contemporaneity. The product is refined, with great quality, but what distinguishes them is the ability to propose a winning and characterizing style, with an extreme attention to detail and service. The windows become five, the shop assistants 4, and in 1963 they open the second store in Ancona. It is also an important year that marks the beginning of the collaboration with Hermès, a partnership that will continue until today.

The 1960s mark a particularly successful period and in 1967 another headquarters opened in Pesaro. In the same year the first show was organized to present the new collections. For the next thirty years it will become the most awaited event for Ratti customers.

With the determination handed down by her parents she strengthens the relationship with clients and helps to forge important partnerships such as the one with Maison Chanel, represented in Pesaro and in the new boutique in Bologna opened in 1989.

It is at the beginning of 2000s that Ratti changed its location in the city of Bologna, moving to one of the most prestigious areas, in Via Clavature, 15.

Large and sophisticated spaces, three floors with corners dedicated to the most exclusive national and international brands, including Chanel and Dior.
These are also the years in which the third generation takes over with the arrival at the top management of Matilde d'Ovidio, daughter of Silvana, who with her determination and passion for fashion, strengthens the core business of the company by paying special attention to research and to the development of important commercial collaborations.


2017 marks the start of the collaboration with Folli Follie that gives life to the new FR Boutique in Bologna.

To celebrate 75 years of activity Ratti has gathered Italian and International names from the fashion system to participate in a very special digital project. Twenty important voices called on video to give a message of sharing and synergy, to outline future paths in such a challenging moment for the world of retailers and to support what is an invaluable heritage of skill and style


The physical spaces of Ratti Boutique are the protagonists of a restyling of great aesthetic impact: the historic spaces of the shop have been updates in a more fluid and contemporary way, maintaining traditional elements and renewing them through colors and materials such as concrete, resin, mirrors ans glass, chosen to create beams of light, new and ideal perspectives in the shopping experience.
